Manchester United are back in action this Thursday, 9 November, when we welcome Everton to Leigh Sports Village.
As well as the Toffees, we will also play Manchester City, Leicester City and Liverpool in midweek fixtures across the winter months.
Ahead of our Conti Cup opener, here are the key things to know about Thursday’s tie…
HOW CAN I WATCH THE GAME?
United’s clash with the Everton will kick off at 19:00 GMT, and will be broadcast live on MUTV, ManUtd.com and the United App for fans in the UK and Ireland.
Also on the app and website, we'll keep you up to date with the action at Leigh, with the team news, half-time and full-time summaries, and a match report.
Fans wanting to attend the game can still buy tickets online.
Emma Watson, Gabby George and Jessica Simpson remain long-term absentees for United due to knee injuries, while Aoife Mannion is also continuing her recovery, having yet to feature for Marc Skinner's side this season.
There could be a familiar face lining up between the sticks for the opposition on Thursday, with former Reds ‘keeper Emily Ramsey now plying her trade on Merseyside. The Blues will, however, be without key defender Nathalie Bjorn who sustained a hamstring injury and is therefore sidelined for a few weeks.
Everton’s start to the new season has been relatively mixed. They lost their opening fixtures in both the WSL and Conti Cup, to Leicester City and Manchester City respectively but picked up their first points of the new campaign with a victory over their Merseyside rivals Liverpol at Anfield.
Brian Sørensen’s side were well beaten in the WSL by United when we fired home five unanswered goals at Walton Hall Park, yet their visit to North London saw them draw 1-1 with Spurs, with Reds loanee Grace Clinton scoring against them for the hosts.
PREVIOUS MEETINGS
Melvine Malard kicked off our flurry of goals in the afore-mentioned league meeting, before Nikita Parris and Rachel Williams netted a brace apiece to seal our 5-0 victory.
Last term we faced the Toffees in the Conti Cup, seeing them off in a 4-2 victory. Two of our scorers - Vilde Boe Risa (2) and Jade Moore - have since left the club while stalwart striker Williams also found the net, with all of our goals and one of Everton's coming in the first 27 minutes.
There’s plenty of midweek action in the Cup, alongside United’s game with Everton…
