Ten Hag voted Manager of the Month

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has been voted the Premier League’s Manager of the Month for November.

The boss has been recognised for a flawless month for the Reds, in which we won all three of our games, keeping a clean sheet in each.

United were the league’s in-form side across November, prompting the Dutchman’s nomination.

It is the third time Ten Hag has taken home this accolade, after previously winning it in September 2022 and February 2023.

United kickstarted the month with a breathless visit to Fulham, where a stoppage-time Bruno Fernandes winner saw us snatch all three points.

We would welcome Luton to Old Trafford soon after, where yet another narrow 1-0 win was enough to see us earn maximum points.

This time it was Victor Lindelof who provided the goods at both ends of the pitch - firing home our winner and helping the Reds to a clean sheet at the back.

A tough visit to Goodison Park would see out November, as Ten Hag’s men had to battle with a hostile atmosphere after the Toffees were subjected to a 10-point deduction by the league.

Alejandro Garnacho’s wonder-goal silenced the crowd within three minutes, before Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial sealed the victory as the Reds scored three unanswered goals.

It was the perfect month for United, who have since gone on to suffer a narrow loss to Newcastle United before a resounding 2-1 victory over Chelsea on Wednesday.

Ten Hag becomes just the second manager to claim the award this season, with Tottenham Hotspur’s Ange Postecoglou winning three consecutive prizes in August, September, and October.

He topped Rob Edwards (Luton), Eddie Howe (Newcastle), and Andoni Iraola (Bournemouth) in the fan vote.

Congratulations on your award, Erik!
