Manchester United's pre-season schedule for 2023/24 has now been confirmed in full.

The Reds will play eight times ahead of our Premier League opener against Wolves at Old Trafford on Saturday 16 August, with Erik ten Hag looking to build up his sides fitness.

Our Tour 2023 venture in the US will see us play four times in four different locations, with Arsenal, Wrexham, Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund all to come.

First up is a trip to Oslo in Norway on Wednesday 12 July, as United will take on our bitter rivals Leeds United at the Ullevaal Stadion (16:00 BST).

With all of the Reds expected to report back for pre-season at Carrington at the beginning of July, it remains to be seen what kind of team Ten Hag will have at his disposal, with the likes of Lisandro Martinez and Donny van de Beek however expected to be involved.

Seven days later, we are set to face Ligue 1 outfit Lyon at Murrayfield in Edinburgh, marking a rare senior outing for the Reds in Scotland.

Scheduled in for Wednesday 19 July and with a kick-off time of 14:00 BST, the occasion will mark only the fifth time we have faced the French outfit.

It's then off to the US for United with four games to come, with Premier League runners-up Arsenal to come first in New Jersey on Saturday 22 July (22:00 BST).

The Reds will be working hard on a three-day stay before taking to the field at the MetLife Stadium and tickets for that one can be purchased via this link here.

Three days later, a youthful United squad is planned to take on current National League champions Wrexham in San Diego at Snapdragon Stadium on Tuesday 25 July (03:30 BST).

Currently co-owned by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, the Hollywood duo helped the Welsh outfit to regain their EFL status last season and will provide yet another tough opposition.

Just 24 hours later, over in Houston, Texas, La Liga outfit Real Madrid lie in wait, with NFL arena NRG Stadium set to host a mammoth clash between two of Europe's biggest sides (03:30 BST).

Carlo Ancelotti's men finished second in the Spanish top flight in 2022/23 and boast stars such as Jude Bellingham, Luka Modric and Vinicius Junior in their ranks at present.

Borussia Dortmund are next up in what will be our sixth pre-season outing, as we head to Las Vegas to play the German giants at the Allegiant Stadium on Monday 31 July (02:00 BST).

United have not met Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund since a 2016 tour game in China and the pair have only played six competitive matches in their histories.

Upon our return from the US, United will play two games in two days, with the first against another Ligue 1 outfit RC Lens at the Theatre of Dreams on Saturday 5 August (12:45 BST).

Having also qualified for the UEFA Champions League group stages themselves, Les Sang are currently managed by Franck Haise.

Our final pre-season clash again comes 24 hours later on Sunday 6 August, with the Reds pencilled in to take on Spanish side Athletic Club in Dublin at the Aviva Stadium (16:00 BST).

It will provide a final opportunity for Erik to finetune his first-team squad before the season opener, and a rare chance for fans in Dublin to see United play on Irish soil.
