It will be all eyes on Old Trafford from 19:00 GMT this evening, when Manchester United face Derby County in the FA Youth Cup fourth round.
First-team head coach Michael Carrick has confirmed he will be in attendance, as Darren Fletcher's youngsters look to set up an away clash at Oxford United in the next stage of the famous competition.
Having lifted the trophy himself in his West Ham United days, the boss is fully aware of how much it means and tickets are available to buy for the game, which is also being shown live on MUTV.
“My message of support is I'm going along and I'm excited and going to watch,”
Carrick told MUTV's Mark Sullivan at Carrington.
“I was lucky enough to play in it, and win it, when I was young at West Ham.
”It is such an important competition, especially for this club, and the youngsters, at Old Trafford, under the floodlights, will be feeling what it means and feeling a little bit of expectation.
“It's a fantastic opportunity for the young boys to go and take the next step.
”We're all fully behind them. It'll be a tough game but I'm looking forward to going along and watching.“
Carrick's first taste of glory came in the FA Youth Cup in 1999, with the Hammers' 9-0 aggregate win over Coventry City the record for a final.
He scored in the 6-0 triumph at Upton Park, with fellow former England international Joe Cole also a team-mate.
Best of luck to our youngsters this evening, from everybody at United!
