Real Betis v United: Pre-match details

Erik ten Hag and the Manchester United players are preparing for our Europa League last-16 second leg against Real Betis.

The Reds earned an impressive 4-1 win in the first leg at Old Trafford, thanks to goals from Marcus Rashford, Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Wout Weghorst.

Our three-goal victory provides a firm grasp on the tie and Ten Hag might be tempted to rotate his team in Spain, with another important match to come on Sunday against Fulham in the Emirates FA Cup quarter-final.

We should glean an insight into the manager's plans via Wednesday's pre-match events, of course. Here's what is coming up...

TRAINING

United will train at Carrington on Wednesday morning from 9:30 GMT and the first 15 minutes will be open to the European football media, as per UEFA rules.

The pre-match session provides an opportunity to see who is and isn't involved, although the actual group up for selection is by no means confirmed at that time.

We will be there to capture photos and video, of course, so look out for that via the United App and ManUtd.com.

TRAVELLING SQUAD

After training, the United players will board a flight from Manchester Airport to Seville.

Look out for our announcement of the official travelling squad during the afternoon.

PRESS CONFERENCE

Upon landing in Spain, Ten Hag and Lisandro Martinez will hold a press conference at the Estadio Benito Villamarin.

You can watch it live from around 17:45 GMT via the United App, ManUtd.com or MUTV.

The on-demand version will be available to view in the evening.

KIT CONFIRMATION

As you may have already guessed, United are to wear the red home kit.

This is because Real Betis will play in their green-and-white striped home shirt, which rules out our away and third strips.

OPPOSITION WATCH

Our hosts are due to train at 10:15 GMT on Wednesday, before Manuel Pellegrini and Guido Rodriguez hold a press conference from 11:30.
