Manchester United will officially begin Erik ten Hag's reign with a Sunday afternoon home game against Brighton & Hove Albion.
The TV slots have already been selected for the opening round of fixtures and it means viewers in the UK will be able to watch the dawning of a new era at Old Trafford.
United won last year's contest with the Seagulls 2-0 in February, after it was initially postponed due to a Covid-19 outbreak at Carrington. Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes scored the goals in the second half, while Lewis Dunk was sent off.
The Reds will be looking to avenge the defeat at Brighton in our penultimate game of last term.

Saturday's lunchtime clash is Liverpool's trip to newly promoted Fulham, while Bournemouth's first game back in the big time is at home to Aston Villa. The third of the new sides, Nottingham Forest, in the top flight for the first time this century after their play-off triumph, travel to Newcastle United.
The teatime offering is Everton boss Frank Lampard tackling his former club Chelsea at Goodison Park.
On Sunday (7 August), our game is followed by champions Manchester City meeting West Ham United. This looks a tricky opener for the Blues, whose title bid almost came unstuck at the London Stadium, before they came from two goals down to register a 2-2 draw in May.
