Manchester United Academy coach Neil Ryan has added two new faces to his squad ahead of the 2018/19 season.
Reece Devine and Connor Stanley have arrived at the club as first-year scholars and will compete for places in the starting XI, with the Reds opening the campaign with a home game against Derby County on Friday 10 August, live on MUTV.
Devine is an enterprising left-back who turns 17 a week before Christmas, while Stanley operates on the right wing and is a similar age. Both have impressed the United coaches with their talents.
Neil Ryan speaks to MUTV from the training camp in Obertraun.
The young pair join the 11 players announced last month as linking up with the second-years in the group. Those 11 were Jacob Carney, Ondrej Mastny, Ollie Denham, Teden Mengi, Anthony Elanga, Max Haygarth, Mark Helm, Charlie McCann, Harvey Neville and Mason Greenwood.
With clearance received for all those teenagers, the squad is really starting to take shape.
