FA Cup: When is the fourth-round draw happening?

Manchester United host Aston Villa on Monday night, in the last of the scheduled Emirates FA Cup third-round ties.

The game at Old Trafford kicks off at 19:55 GMT and is being shown live on BBC One in the UK.

It will already be known which team the victors will play in the competition’s fourth round, as the draw for the next stage takes place on Sunday afternoon.

Changes to Emirates FA Cup confirmed

ITV will broadcast the draw live at around 16:50 GMT, before Arsenal's visit to Championship side Nottingham Forest, with former England goalkeeper David James and current Arsenal Women captain Leah Williamson picking out the 32 balls to decide the 16 fourth-round fixtures.

Unless any games are postponed, United versus Villa should be the only tie not yet settled by Monday evening, with no replays in this year’s competition.

Matches level at 90 minutes will be decided via 30 minutes’ extra time and, if necessary, a penalty shootout.

The FA Cup fourth round is scheduled to be played over the weekend of 5/6 February, following the extra international break FIFA has arranged in order for postponed World Cup qualifiers to take place.

We’ll be covering the draw live on ManUtd.com and the Official App, so with United guaranteed to be in the hat, stay tuned to find out who we will face, should we successfully get past Villa.
