4: LUKAKU BAGGED FOR BELGIUM
A first-half goal from Romelu set a clinical Belgium on their way to a 4-0 victory over Scotland in their friendly match at Hampden Park, where Scott McTominay was an unused substitute. The powerful striker has impressively now scored 18 goals in his last 16 appearances for the national team.

5: OTHER INTERNATIONAL ACTION
Fred started for Brazil on Friday night and helped them to secure a 2-0 win over USA, with Andreas Pereira watching from the bench as an unused substitute. Elsewhere, Nemanja Matic captained Serbia to a hard-earned 1-0 win over Lithuania, Eric Bailly’s Ivory Coast won 2-0 at Rwanda and Paul Pogba's France beat the Netherlands 2-1.

6: ANDREAS MET A FAMILIAR FACE

7: A DOZEN GOALS FOR UNITED WOMEN
Casey Stoney’s team began the WSL Championship campaign in devastating fashion, by beating Aston Villa Ladies 12-0 in front of a packed crowd at the Trevor Brown Memorial Ground. Jess Sigsworth scored five goals, with braces for Lauren James and Kirsty Hanson, while Katie Zelem, Mollie Green and Ella Toone added to the scoreline as the Reds ran riot in the West Midlands.

8: YOUNG SCORED FOR CELTIC
Ashley took time out from his international break to play in ‘A Match For Cancer’, a fundraising event set up by his old Aston Villa team-mates Stiliyan Petrov and James Milner. The star-studded game between Celtic and Liverpool drew a crowd of over 20,000 fans and Youngy was among the goals, during an entertaining 3-3 draw that was overseen by Brendan Rodgers and Jurgen Klopp.
