What is a Matchday VIP Experience?
For many fans, football’s more than just a game, and Matchday VIP is more than just watching it. It’s the build-up, the anticipation, the excitement. It’s being waited on hand and foot, watching all the action from some of the best seats in the house. With Matchday VIP you don’t just get ninety minutes of football, you get a winning combination that makes for one unforgettable day out at the Theatre of Dreams.
Whether it's a gift, a celebration, or a way to impress important business contacts, being a Matchday VIP at Manchester United is one of the most prestigious tickets in the game.
Is kick-off likely to change?
How / when will I get my tickets?
Tickets will be held for collection if you have already pre-arranged this at time of booking or if the fixture is imminent.
UK & Northern Ireland
Tickets will be posted 1st Class Royal Mail approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the fixture.
Tickets will be posted Standard International Mail approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the fixture.
Rest Of The World
Your tickets will be automatically held for collection. You will receive an email with all the collection information you need.
How do I receive my complimentary car parking pass?
If you are travelling to Old Trafford by car and wish to park, your Matchday VIP Experience Package entitles you to a complimentary car park pass.
If you have already requested a car park pass at time of booking, this will arrive with your tickets. For collections, you will be able to park temporarily until you receive your package.
To request a car park pass, please email email@example.com or call 0161 868 8000 (option 2, 3, 1) with your booking details.
Complimentary car parking is included in the Lancashire Package. On arrival collect a parking ticket at the entrance barriers and a member of the welcome team will exchange it for a ticket to exit the car park. As this is a barrier system, you do not need a car park pass in advance.
How do I claim my gift box?
If you’d like to give a Matchday VIP Experience package as a gift, you can request a special gift box including an exclusive pin badge when you purchase.
In order to receive the gift box you must purchase your package over the phone, please call 0161 868 8006 to speak with a Matchday VIP sales advisor to find out more.
What should I wear?
CASUAL DRESS CODE:
Strictly no away team colours or shorts. No attire displaying offensive language or imagery. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.

SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE:
Strictly no shorts, sportswear including trainers or football shirts. Smart jeans are permitted. This dress code does not apply to children under 12. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.

How can I plan my visit?
Old Trafford stadium is conveniently situated just three miles from the centre of Manchester and benefits from excellent transport links to and from the ground. Manchester Airport is only a 20 minute taxi ride away and also operates frequent trams and trains to the city centre. Liverpool's John Lennon Airport also provides train or coach connections to Manchester, plus you can always consider a train from London stations.
Trams to Old Trafford run throughout the day from both Piccadilly and Victoria stations in Manchester's city centre. Nearby tram stops are approximately a ten minute walk to the stadium. More information can be found on the Metrolink website. There is also a dedicated train service on matchdays from city centre stations to Old Trafford stadium, where the station is located alongside the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand. Consult National Rail Enquiries for the latest train times.
How do I make the most of my trip?
When planning your trip, make the most of what Old Trafford has to offer and book a Museum & Stadium Tour, either the day before, or the day after the game. (Please note that the Museum is closed on a matchday). See the players' dressing rooms, walk through the famous players' tunnel, and take your seat in the Manager's dugout. For all ages, the Museum & Stadium Tour takes approximately two hours.
Open seven days a week, the Manchester United Red Café is the perfect place to relax after your Museum and Stadium Tour experience. With a wide range of delicious menu options and a vibrant atmosphere it's a great place to reflect on your visit to the Theatre of Dreams. (Please note that the Red Café is closed on a matchday)
