Out now: United's new adidas third kit

Our fresh white strip was first unveiled as part of an iconic multi-club jersey release on Sunday, featuring Rio Ferdinand and legends from four other historic European clubs - Arsenal's Patrick Vieira, Bayern Munich's Bastian Schweinsteiger, Juventus's Alessandro Del Piero and Real Madrid's Zinedine Zidane.

Following a launch that went viral across social media, you can now get your hands on our new kit via United Direct and at the Old Trafford Megastore.

The jersey features the return of the adidas Trefoil logo to a United shirt for the first time since the 1990s, marking the brand's upcoming anniversary in 2025. Including the logo, used exclusively for adidas Originals collections and limited-edition jerseys over the past few decades, is also a nod to its status in football history and recognition of the increasing role fashion plays in the contemporary game.

It sits alongside the club's Red Devil emblem, replacing the traditional crest, while emblazoned across the chest is the red, white and black tricolor flag that unites our fans worldwide. The flag also appears on the back of the neck - beneath a seasonal crew-neck collar - with the words 'Manchester United'.

Our new jersey comes in a casual straight hem shape, setting it apart from the home and away shirts’ sporty elongated hem. The look is completed with a woven-base Trefoil authentic label and flatknit collar and cuffs. 

Crafted for performance and to provide world-class players with the confidence to play under pressure, the lightweight jerseys feature the latest in adidas technology and were created in close collaboration with the club. The on-field version of the shirt is constructed with HEAT.RDY technology, using advanced materials to maximize air flow to keep players feeling cool, while the fan version features AEROREADY technology, which uses sweat-wicking or absorbent materials to keep the body feeling dry.
