Aurora Mikalsen to depart United Women
Manchester United can confirm that Aurora Mikalsen will leave the club this month upon expiry of her contract.
Norwegian international goalkeeper Mikalsen made one appearance for United this season, featuring in our 11-1 Continental Cup win over Leicester City in November.
Everyone at the club would like to thank Aurora and wish her the best of luck for the future.
Casey Stoney: "I’d like to personally thank Aurora for her hard work and fantastic contribution this season. She came in and showed great character alongside providing some real competition within our goalkeeping department during a tough season. I have always said releasing players is one of the hardest parts of my job but I wish her all the best for the future."
