Fernandes: We have to be more consistent
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has called on the Reds to be more consistent with our performances following Saturday afternoon's 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth.
“It’s been consistently like this when we win a game, [in] the next one we don’t perform,” he told MUTV at full-time.
“We don’t perform the same way we did before.
Bruno: That was not acceptable
Bruno Fernandes wants to apologise to United’s supporters, after our defeat to Bournemouth at Old Trafford…
“We have to get that consistency of winning games, even sometimes [if we are] underperforming, but getting the result.”
“I think we had good moments in the beginning of the second half,” he continued.
“But we didn’t have as many players as we wanted to get in the box.

ArticleIt was an afternoon to forget for the Reds as our visitors took maximum points home from Old Trafford.
“We need to be eager to score and bring bodies into the box and sometimes create chaos in the box, putting crosses in and getting on to those balls.
“Today that wasn’t the case.”

A must-win Champions League tie is next up for Erik ten Hag’s men, as we welcome Bayern Munich to Old Trafford on Tuesday (12 December).
We also need Copenhagen and Galatasaray to draw if we are to progress to the round of 16 but our no.8 wants to focus on the job at hand first.
“We know that the next game is going to be really tough - we have to win and wait for a good result in the other game for us.
“But we have to do our job, first of all, but we are more than capable of getting the result in that.”
