Confirmed: United Women’s 2022/23 squad numbers
Manchester United Women’s squad numbers for the 2022/23 season can now be officially confirmed.
Ahead of the league opener, find out which digits our players will wear for the upcoming campaign, including our seven summer signings, by scrolling down.
Defender Ona Batlle is the only United player to switch her number for the new seasons.
The Spain international will carry the baton of the no.2 jersey, previously donned by Martha Harris. The fellow full-back had worn the number from the team’s first season in 2018/19, right up until her departure this summer.
Batlle’s switch sees her no.17 shirt vacated, and it has been taken up by her good friend and new signing Lucia Garcia.
Fellow summer recruits Maya Le Tissier and Adriana Leon will wear 15 and 19 respectively, while Aissatou Tounkara will take over from the departed Kirsty Smith and sport United’s no.20.
Forward Nikita Parris will wear the no.22 following her move from Arsenal, while Grace Clinton will don our no.26, the same number that she wore at previous club Everton. Rachel Williams takes on the 28 shirt.
