Fixture changes for United in early May
Manchester United's busy end to the season has been tweaked in terms of scheduling, with new dates confirmed for our Premier League games against Brighton & Hove Albion and West Ham United.
Erik ten Hag's side were originally due to visit Roberto De Zerbi's Seagulls in the Premier League on 19 March but the game was postponed due to both clubs being involved in the Emirates FA Cup quarter-finals last weekend.
Our Premier League clash at the Amex Stadium will now take place on Thursday 4 May, with kick-off set for 20:00 BST. The encounter will be shown live in the UK via Sky Sports.
Furthermore, our clash with the Hammers that was set to be played on Saturday 6 May in the capital will now take place a day later on Sunday 7 May, with the action beginning at 19:00 BST and being screened live on BT Sport.
Chelsea clash subject to more change
ArticleIf United progress in the Europa League, there is an alteration to the original plan for the Blues encounter.
Meanwhile, our home fixture with Chelsea that was due to take place on Saturday 22 April has been postponed, following our qualification for the next round of the Europa League.
Now that we are set to face Spanish side Sevilla over two legs, it means that our clash with the Blues will also need a new date, given United will play on the preceding Thursday in Europe.
Our Premier League fixtures against Wolves (H) and Bournemouth (A) have not yet been given confirmed dates, but our meeting with Fulham on the final day of the 2022/23 season remains unchanged.
That game against the Cottagers is still set to take place on Sunday 28 May, with kick-off scheduled for 16:30 GMT at Old Trafford.
