Friday 20 March 2026 14:02

Ayden Heaven leads the call-ups for Manchester United players into the England under-age groups for the upcoming international break.

The centre-back has continued his progress this term and been rewarded with a place in the Under-20s group, for an away friendly against Italy.

Former United Under-18s boss Neil Ryan is in charge of the team, with the game due to be played in Rome on Friday 27 March.

Heaven, 19, came on as a substitute for the recent Premier League wins over Everton and Crystal Palace.

Godwill Kukonki is enjoying a good season with the Under-18s.

In the Under-18s, England have included Godwill Kukonki in the squad for UEFA Under-19 Euro 2027 qualifiers.

The first qualifying round involves games against Bulgaria, Spain and Croatia.

Ben Futcher's side will play each of the three matches in Croatia.

Kukonki has helped Darren Fletcher's team reach the FA Youth Cup semi-finals, with Crystal Palace next up for our impressive youngsters.

The defender started the 3-2 win over Sunderland at Old Trafford in midweek, in the competition, with the next outing, a league clash against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday, kicking off at 11:00 GMT, in front of the live MUTV cameras.

Gabriel has received a first England Under-17s call-up.

The leading goalscorer for the Reds at this level, schoolboy forward Gabriel, has received the news that he has been named in the England Under-17s squad for the first time.

There are games on the agenda against Faroe Islands, Israel and Estonia, being staged at St George's Park.

The 15-year-old has previously represented his country in the Under-15s and Under-16s age groups.

Congratulations to the three Reds on their call-ups!
