Ten Hag still wants more from Antony
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag was pleased with Antony's Man-of-the-Match performance against Nottingham Forest but believes there is still more to come from the 23-year-old.
By opening the scoring at The City Ground and registering an assist for Diogo Dalot's second-half strike, the former Ajax man was in red-hot form as the Reds recorded a vital three points in the Premier League.
Although Antony has now scored eight goals in all competitions for United this term, including four in the Premier League, Ten Hag admitted he still expects more from our no.21 and points to an improvement in the Brazilian's decision-making as being key to his progression as an attacking player.

''It is so important in top football, the timing and the right moment to pass is huge. It makes every impact and it makes a difference between a goal and no goal.
''With the goal, he is in the right place at the right moment, to get the rebound and the second goal is a great team goal, the way we build it up but Antony sees the right moment to bring the pass and the movement from Diogo was great. It was good to see.''
Impressed with his attacking output, the Dutchman praised our no.21's goal tally for the season, but also added how the level of opposition in the Premier League means he must be at his best, week in, week out.
''I defended him but he knows, I know as well,'' added Erik.

''He has to do it, not in every game, but he needs to do it in many games if you want to be a top-class player, especially in all the competitions.
''In the Premier League, you are up against high-quality defenders and you have to act on a really high level, you need to make that decision, scan in a split moment and you can only do that in a moment.
''He has to step up there but today is an example where he makes good decisions with both goals, the right decisions.''
