Men's Player of the Month: All of our 2022/23 winners
Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has won our 10th and final men’s Player of the Month award for the 2022/23 campaign.
The latest accolade took into consideration the contributions of our players across May and the first weekend of June when our campaign ended with the Emirates FA Cup final.
Our no.18 topped the official poll on ManUtd.com and in the United App with 39 per cent of the votes, edging out fellow nominees Aaron Wan-Bissaka (33 per cent) and Bruno Fernandes (28 per cent).
Casemiro crowned Player of the Month
ArticleThe three candidates for our final award of 2022/23 were marginally separated in the final poll result.
It’s the second time Casemiro has claimed the prize during his debut season at Old Trafford, having previously been awarded the trophy for his efforts in October.
That previous triumph meant the men's award for the first three months of the season were all won by different summer signings.
Lisandro Martinez was the recipient of August’s accolade, before Christian Eriksen’s contributions to our September were recognised by the supporters.
After Casemiro won October’s prize, the performances of Academy graduate Alejandro Garnacho before the start of the World Cup led to him taking the acclaim in November.
It was Bruno Fernandes who halted Rashford's run, with his own back-to-back successes in March and also April.
Our no.8 had to settle for third place in the May/June debate however, with Wan-Bissaka taking the runner-up's spot behind Casemiro.
Thank you to everyone who has voted in for the men's Player of the Month awards this season.
