Pellistri's inspirational advice
Facundo Pellistri has offered some wise words of encouragement and advice to any youngsters looking to make their mark in the game.
The Manchester United winger came off the bench in the closing stages of the 2-0 victory at Wigan Athletic in the Emirates FA Cup third round on Monday night.
It was a 14th appearance of the season for the Uruguayan, who had to be patient before making his bow for the Reds, after joining from Penarol in his homeland in 2020.
The experience has been an extremely useful one for the 22-year-old, who took part in our latest Fans' Q&A, where the supporters get to pose the questions to our stars.

Tyler O. from the UK asked "Do you have any tips for young players?" And it received a considered response from Pellistri.
“Well, thanks Tyler," said the winger. "Yes. My tips are to push, to always keep going. It doesn’t matter if you feel that you are having a bad moment or something. In football, you never know.
"So you always have to keep pushing because, when you think that, for example, it may be over, in the next week, you are playing. And you are starting and you are scoring the winning goal.
"So you always have to be focused and keep going. And train, train hard and believe in yourself. It’s like that and that is, for me, the tips and the key points to be happy and to succeed in football.”
Pellistri is remaining focused as the Reds' next challenge is in the Premier League, at home to fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur. The game kicks off at 16:30 GMT on Sunday.
