Confirmed: United's first two fixtures in April

Monday 15 March 2021 17:53

Manchester United's first two Premier League fixtures in April have both been given new dates, following the latest selections for live TV coverage.

The first game to be affected is our home meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion. Originally scheduled for Saturday 3 April, it will now be played the next day in the Sunday evening slot on BT Sport, with kick-off at Old Trafford set for 19:30 BST - clocks in the UK will have moved forward one hour by then.

That meeting will give the Reds another opportunity to defeat the same team three times in one campaign. After Sunday's win over West Ham completed a treble of home and away league triumphs plus an Emirates FA Cup victory, the same will be possible against Graham Potter's Seagulls after United's two away successes last September, the second of which came in the Carabao Cup.
