Five takeaways from the Fans' Forum

The final Fans’ Forum of the 2024/25 season took place at Old Trafford on Monday 30 June.

The Fans’ Forum is made up of club officials and fan representatives and provides an opportunity for constructive dialogue and engagement around matters relating to supporters across ticketing policy, operations and the fan experience.

The forum meets four times a season and supporters are encouraged to submit questions via their appointed fan representative ahead of each meeting to be raised during the forum. You can view your appointed fan representatives here.

Old Trafford Regeneration: Can you help?

The club is set to hold a series of focus groups on potential features, amenities, seating and pricing options.

OLD TRAFFORD'S FUTURE

Fan consultation continues at pace to shape the future of Old Trafford. Season Ticket Holders, Official Members and hospitality purchasers have been invited to input into a series of focus groups for the next wave of the Old Trafford Regeneration discovery work.

SEASON TICKET NEWS

As a reminder, Season Ticket Holders unable to attend an upcoming Premier League game will receive a usage credit if the ticket is returned to the club at least two weeks before the fixture, even if the ticket doesn’t resell. Where it does, they will receive a full refund.

There are several roles we're currently recruiting for on the supporters' representative body.

FOUNDATION FUNDRAISING

Our global network of official supporters' clubs has collectively raised more than £41,000 for Manchester United Foundation across the 2024/25 season. Thanks to the generosity of our members, monies raised will directly support disadvantaged young people across Greater Manchester.

APPLICATIONS OPEN

We're now accepting applications for nine fan representative roles on the Fans' Forum for the upcoming 2025/26 season. Supporters are encouraged to apply and should submit a 500-word supporting statement here before 17:00 BST on Tuesday 15 July.
