Two United away matches moved in October
Two of Manchester United's matches in October have been given new dates, following the latest round of Premier League fixture changes.
Both of the affected games are away from home. The first, against Aston Villa, has been switched to Sunday 6 October from the previous day and will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports.
Kick-off at Villa Park, where Erik ten Hag's men triumphed 2-1 last season, is scheduled for 14:00 BST.
After a fortnight's international break, the Reds will resume the league campaign with a home clash against Brentford.
This match has not been selected for live TV coverage and will therefore go ahead at the same time and date that was provisionally announced, on Saturday 19 October at 15:00 BST.
The Reds came from behind to win last season's Old Trafford meeting with the Bees 2-1, as Scott McTominay netted twice in injury time.
Kick-off against the Hammers will be at 14:00 GMT on Sunday 27 October but the fixture is not earmarked for live TV coverage. The change of date is merely due to the Reds' participation in the Europa League on the preceding Thursday night.
