Bentley injured on international duty

Manchester United Women goalkeeper Fran Bentley has suffered a fractured humerus while on international duty with England Under-18s.

The injury occurred on Saturday and Fran is currently under the care of the club’s medical department and will undergo surgery in the coming days.

Fran joined Manchester United Women last summer and has made one appearance for the Reds so far, as a 59th-minute substitute in an 8-0 win over Millwall Lionesses.
