How to watch Man Utd v West Ham

Friday 25 July 2025 14:29

Manchester United take on West Ham United this weekend, beginning our first involvement in the Premier League Summer Series.

The game kicks off at 19:00 local time on Saturday night at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, which is 00:00 BST on Sunday morning.

The best build-up from Stateside and full live action is on MUTV, with the official channel also being streamed on the United App and ManUtd.com.

The live match coverage is available to all subscribers, except those based in the United States, who can see the game as it happens on NBC Sports.

App users who do not wish to receive alerts during these hours can set them to snooze beforehand, via the notification settings.

After the final whistle, short match highlights will be made available to view for registered users across our platforms. MUTV subscribers will be able to access the longer 90-in-20 version (20 minutes in length) and the full-match replay.

Match tickets are still available for the weekend, which also include the opening game in the tournament, between Everton and Bournemouth.

Fans can receive a 20 per cent discount on Ticketmaster. Click the unlock button and enter the code PLSS20. Availability is not guaranteed and there is a limit of eight tickets per order.

This fixture is being shown on NBC Sports (USA) and Sky Sports (UK).

A reminder that MUTV will also be screening the only Old Trafford friendly live on 9 August, when the Reds face Fiorentina in the Snapdragon Cup.

WEEKEND FIXTURES

Everton v Bournemouth (Sat 26 July - 16:00 ET / Sat 26 July - 21:00 BST)
UNITED v WEST HAM (Sat 26 July - 19:00 ET / Sun 27 July - 00:00 BST)

Both matches are being played at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

HOW THE PREMIER LEAGUE SUMMER SERIES WORKS

The Reds are one of four clubs competing in the competition along with our first opponents, West Ham, plus Everton and Bournemouth.

Each team will play each other once, the games scheduled as double headers on the same day in the same venue, beginning at the MetLife before moving on to Soldier Field in Chicago and closing at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

As with the regular Premier League season, each team will be awarded three points for a win and one point for a draw. The side with the most points at the end of the three games will win the series.

There is to be no extra time or penalty shootouts in the games. If two or more sides end on the same points, the competition winner will be decided by goal difference, then goals scored and, if they still cannot be separated at that stage, it will come down to head-to-head performance.

All of the pre-season games featuring Ruben's side are live on MUTV. The Premier League Summer Series games are not available live for US-based subscribers but are being shown on NBC.
