Fans who have obtained tickets for Manchester United’s first home friendly of the pre-season campaign, against Brentford this Wednesday night, will be looking forward to being part of Old Trafford’s largest crowd in 16 months.

And as we get ready to open our doors once again for what’s set to be an emotional occasion for many who’ve missed that walk down Sir Matt Busby Way, supporters are being advised to read the club’s Code of Conduct to be aware of guidelines created to ensure a safe return to the stadium.

The guidance includes advice for those experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or who have been asked to self-isolate, what to do when you arrive at the stadium and general rules to follow when you’re inside the ground, including the use of face masks inside the stadium.

You can read the updated Code of Conduct here at
These policies may be subject to change for the start of the Premier League season depending on subsequent policy announcements, so please keep an eye on the website and club app for further updates.

The Reunited section of contains lots of related information including important supporter guidance, which features advice on travelling to and from the stadium. Please take time to visit the section here before your return to Old Trafford.

We can’t wait to welcome you home, safely and successfully.

Please be aware, there are a number of roadworks in the areas surrounding Old Trafford and the Eccles to Media City UK Metrolink line will be closed for this fixture.
