Jess Simpson has agreed to extend her stay with Manchester United, penning a new deal that will see the defender remain at the club until June 2027.

Simpson, who turned 20 earlier this month, made her debut for the club back in November 2024 and is currently out on loan with Barclays Women’s Championship side Bristol City.

Jess has also already been capped at Under-23 level for England and has been with United since the age of 11.

Jess Simpson made her senior debut in November's 2-0 League Cup victory against Everton.
Jess Simpson said: “It’s been such a good journey here, starting from 11 years old with the Academy. It’s been my dream since being a little kid to play for Manchester United, and I’m living that dream now. I am delighted to sign a new deal with this club.”
Matt Johnson, interim head of women’s football, said: "Jess is a talented player developed through our high performing academy programme. It's great that we have the opportunity to take her career to the next level over the next two seasons."
