Kobbie Mainoo wins Goal of the Month for February
Kobbie Mainoo's last-gasp winner against Wolves in our 4-3 victory at Molineux has been selected as Manchester United's Goal of the Month for February.
Sliding past two players, which included a nutmeg on Max Kilman, the 18-year-old curled in a delightful effort to secure a valuable victory for United on the road.
Since sparking wild scenes amongst our travelling supporters with that stoppage-time goal, the Academy graduate has continued to go from strength to strength, and was also on the three-man shortlist for our latest Player of the Month prize.
All The Angles: Mainoo v Wolves
All The Angles | Seriously, Kobbie Mainoo’s winner at Molineux gets better and better with every watch…
His first Premier League goal could not have come at a better time too, as Pedro Neto had levelled the game at 3-3 for the hosts just moments before.
But Kobbie took matter into his own hands, driving an effort into the net that helped Erik ten Hag's men earn an important triumph away from home.
There was also a tie for third spot as both Hojlund and Casemiro garnered five per cent of the votes for respective goals against Luton Town and Nottingham Forest.
But it was Kobbie's curler that stole the show to claim the February award, as he follows up on his Player of Month success for January, in what has been a brilliant start to the calendar year for him.
Congratulations to our no.37 and lets hope for plenty more to come over the years!
