Man Utd starting XI in the Europa League.

United learn possible Europa League opponents

Thursday 10 December 2020 22:16

Manchester United’s list of possible opponents in the Europa League round of 32 has been confirmed, following the conclusion of the competition’s group stage.

The draw is set to take place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, from 12:00 GMT on Monday and the Reds will be one of the top seeds.

Competition rules state United cannot face a Premier League team, although that has no impact on this stage as the three other English sides are also seeded.

The last-32 first leg is scheduled for 18 February and the second on 25 February. It has been confirmed that seeded teams will play at home in the return fixture.
