Reds reveal all in Little Devils chat

The Stanley Chow collection has gone down a storm with players and fans alike since its release and earlier this season it featured in a special series of Little Devils interviews with the Reds as the players revealed some tales about their team-mates.

Little Devils, Zac and Charlie, presented Diogo Dalot, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Phil Jones and Lee Grant with an illustrated player t-shirt from the Stanley Chow collection and each one discussed their favourite memory or thing about their team-mate on the top. And some of the answers gave a great insight into life behind the scenes here at United.

Chow is a boyhood Manchester United fan and we collaborated with the talented artist to create an exclusive player range, which you can read more about here and see more about in the video below.

Team-mate tales with the Little Devils!

The Reds check out the Stanley Chow designs as they discuss some team-mate tales with Zac and Charlie...

Our Portuguese right-back, Diogo Dalot, was first up, and he was shown the Raphael Varane t-shirt. When asked what his stand-out memory was with the Frenchman so far, Dalot explained: “as soon as he arrived, I remember his first training session.

"He's a great guy and a quality player. He’s very experienced and has won a lot of trophies, so you can see that he’s a big player. As soon as he signed for this club we were all buzzing because we want big players in this club, and he’s definitely one of them.”

Lee Grant was presented with an illustrated Ronaldo t-shirt and he revealed that his first memory of training with Cristiano is also his favourite.

“My favourite and first memory was the first day of training, he hit a 30-yarder and I plucked it out of the top corner. I know I'm old, but I can still move!”

Juan Mata was given the t-shirt of good friend Bruno Fernandes and Zac and Charlie asked Juan to pick out his most memorable moment with the Portuguese. And it was actually from a game when Juan wasn't involved.

“I remember when he scored a great goal against Leicester, and he celebrated by dedicating it to me. He took off his magic hat," recalled the Spaniard, who is commonly referred to as a magician on the pitch thanks to his footballing ability.

Jesse was up next and the Little Devils wanted to hear about his top moment with longstanding pal Marcus Rashford.

The pair have had a host of great times together, but Jesse went for a certain match. “I’d say the game against City [in 2016] when he scored, and I’d say lifting trophies with him too.”

The Little Devils show Jesse the t-shirt tribute to Marcus Rashford.

One of the eye-catching t-shirts in green features our no.1 David De Gea. The Little Devils presented it to Phil Jones, who has spent many years playing and training alongside the Spaniard.

“We both signed at the same time in 2011, so we’ve been good friends for a long time, so we’ve got some great memories. But probably winning the league together.”

You can check out the full episode above and be sure to keep an eye out for more Little Devils challenges coming soon. The Stanley Chow illustrated t-shirts are also available here.
