Wednesday 22 September 2021 16:00

Two of Manchester United’s Premier League matches in November have been rescheduled for TV.

The Reds are set for a challenging November in the league, with matches against traditional rivals Manchester City (home), Chelsea (away) and Arsenal (away) all coming up in the space of under a month, with a trip to Vicarage Road to face Watford also in the mix.

Now it has been confirmed that United’s meetings with City and Chelsea have both got new kick-off times for TV purposes.

These numbers show exactly how good Cristiano has been since coming home to United.

The Manchester derby will now take place on Saturday 6 November, with kick-off moved forward to 12:30 GMT. Games in that slot are usually screened by BT Sport but the eagerly awaited meeting between City and United will be shown live on Sky Sports instead.

BT will then broadcast the 17:30 GMT match between Brighton & Hove Albion and Newcastle United.

This change from the usual broadcast schedule has been agreed in conjunction with the police, clubs and broadcasters.

As November moves towards its conclusion, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side make the trip to Stamford Bridge to face Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea. Our clash with the Blues has been moved from Saturday 27 November to Sunday 28 November, with kick-off taking place at 16:30 GMT.

Like the Manchester derby, the game against last season's Champions League winners will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The rescheduling of our match away to Chelsea on Sunday 28 November will result in our home game versus Arsenal moving from Tuesday 30 November.  The new date and time are still to be confirmed.
