Saturday 23 March 2024 10:00

Manchester United’s home Premier League game against Sheffield United has been rescheduled for a new date.

The Old Trafford encounter will now be played on Wednesday 24 April and kick off at 20:00 BST. It will not be broadcast live on television in the UK.

Our meeting with the Blades was initially due to be played last weekend, but was postponed when the Reds' Emirates FA Cup quarter-final clash with Liverpool was slotted into the calendar.

Find out when the Reds will take on Coventry, in our bid to reach a second successive final.

This confirmation comes with the Premier League releasing its latest round of fixture amendments and broadcast selections, covering matchweeks 34 and 35.

In the latter, United will host Burnley at the Theatre of Dreams. That game will stay as scheduled, taking place at 15:00 BST on Saturday 27 April.
The Sheffield United and Burnley outings in M16 will be played in the week after our FA Cup semi-final showdown with Coventry City, at Wembley Stadium, on Sunday 21 April.

Before those contests come around, Premier League assignments versus Brentford, Chelsea, Liverpool and Bournemouth await for Erik ten Hag’s side, following the ongoing international break.
