United to wear unique kit at Brentford
Manchester United will debut the 2025/26 adidas third kit at Brentford on Saturday, with a unique twist.
Ruben Amorim's men have worn red in all six competitive fixtures so far this season, although the white away jersey was sported during our pre-season tour.
The black strip was launched to great fanfare in August and now we'll finally get a chance to see it in action, as we take on the Bees at the Gtech Community Stadium in the lunchtime kick-off.
The strip pairs a striking black base with yellow-and-blue details, in a reimagination of the legendary away kit worn by the club between 1993 and 1995, including when the club won the Double for the first time in 1993/94.
Featuring adidas' iconic Trefoil logo on our third kit for the second season running, it is a tribute to timeless style and football heritage, and is of course available to buy at United Store.
While the kit would ordinarily be all-black, there is a clash with Brentford's outfit, as the Bees pair their red-and-white striped shirts with black shorts and socks when playing at home.
So, for this game only, United will wear yellow socks and shorts.
