Manchester United's Under-19s get their UEFA Youth League campaign under way on Wednesday afternoon, against Bayern Munich's youngsters at the German club's training campus.

The young Reds are in action at 15:00 BST - five hours before Erik ten Hag's senior side take on the Bundesliga champions at the Allianz Arena in the Champions League.

MUTV subscribers in the UK are able to watch the Youth League encounter live in the United App or on ManUtd.com.

Unfortunately the game cannot be shown live outside of the UK due to UEFA broadcasting restrictions.

United's UEFA Youth League schedule

Find out when our Under-19s will be in action in the top European competition.

The UEFA Youth League started in 2013 and this is United's sixth involvement in the competition, with round-of-16 finishes in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2021/22 our best efforts so far.

This section of the competition mirrors the Champions League, with the youth outfits of all 32 qualifying teams involved. As in the senior tournament, Copenhagen and Galatasaray round out Group A.

The eight group winners automatically advance to the round of 16, while the runners-up go into the play-offs where they will face the eight survivors from the domestic champions path, containing winners of youth leagues from around Europe.

Last week, United named a 40-man squad for this season's tournament and the following 20 players are available for selection against Bayern...

Goalkeepers: Elyh Harrison, Cameron Byrne-Hughes, Tom Myles.

Defenders: Willy Kambwala, Harry Amass, Habeeb Ogunneye, James Nolan, Jack Kingdon, Louis Jackson.

Midfielders: Max Oyedele, Finley McAllister, Ruben Curley, Ethan Williams, James Scanlon, Jayce Fitzgerald.

Forwards: Malachi Sharpe, Ethan Wheatley, Ashton Missin, Victor Musa, Shea Lacey.
