Two fixture changes have been announced for Manchester United's Under-23s.

The Reds’ Premier League 2 Division Two clash against Swansea City, which was called off earlier this month due to an illness in the opposition camp, has now been rearranged for Monday 13 April.

The home match will take place at Leigh Sports Village, kicking off at 19:00 BST, and will be live on MUTV.

Neil Wood’s youngsters beat the Swans 4-1 earlier this season, with Largie Ramazani, Dylan Levitt, D’Mani Mellor and Aliou Traore finding the back of the net during October’s meeting.

Our Under-23s also have a second fixture change, with our friendly against Chelsea now cancelled due to the Blues’ progression in the FA Youth Cup. The fixture was originally due to be played on Friday 6 March.

The Reds are also bidding to qualify for the semi-finals of the FA Youth Cup on Friday, with the Under-18s taking on Wigan Athletic at Old Trafford.
As for the Under-23s, we’re back in action on Monday, with a trip to Stoke City. Our youngsters are currently second in the Premier League 2 table as we approach the run-in.

United have picked up 40 points from 17 league games this season and currently trail leaders West Ham United by three points.
