Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford

United's Brentford game postponed

Manchester United’s game against Brentford will be postponed due to us reaching the Carabao Cup final.

The afternoon home fixture had originally been scheduled for Sunday 26 February, the same day as the showpiece clash.

Instead, our attentions will turn to Wembley that weekend, where we face Newcastle United in a bid to win our first trophy under Erik ten Hag.

Ten Hag believes our place at Wembley is fully deserved, but the Reds still have work to do before celebrating...

The Reds have managed to rearrange the two games postponed following The Queen's death last year - we faced Crystal Palace and drew 1-1 last month, while the Old Trafford encounter with Leeds United will now take place next Wednesday before the trip to Elland Road for the reverse fixture.

However, we will now have the Bees game to reschedule, as Ten Hag's men attempt to avenge the defeat in London towards the start of the season.

We are awaiting confirmation of a date for the Emirates FA Cup fifth-round home tie with West Ham United, and progress in that competition would mean the away match at Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday 19 March being moved.

Keep an eye on ManUtd.com and United App for any fixture changes when they are revealed.
