United duo celebrate milestone appearances
Manchester United Women forwards Nikita Parris and Rachel Williams celebrated their 50th appearances for the club in Saturday's defeat to Manchester City in the Barclays Women's Super League.
Although United didn't get the desired result, the landmark moment for each forward means some positivity can still be taken from the match.
Both strikers joined the club at the start of the 2022/23 campaign and have scored 40 goals between them for the club, so far.

Parris made her United debut against Reading in the 2022/23 season opener which saw the Reds run out 4-0 winners.
Her first goal was a stunning long-range effort, away to Aston Villa in the Continental League Cup later in that campaign.
Williams arrived at United after stints at Chelsea, Notts County and Birmingham - the latter also under the tenure of Marc Skinner - and has established herself as something of a cult hero for our supporters over the past year and a half.
A memorable first goal came for the 36-year-old in our 5-0 dismantling of Aston Villa at Old Trafford in December of the same year.
Parris is our top goalscorer this season, netting six times so far.
Williams has become notorious at bagging late winners for the Reds, and can always be relied upon when introduced to the action by Skinner.
