United Women discover knockout opponents
The draw for the UEFA Champions League knockout phase has pitted Manchester United Women against Atletico Madrid, in the play-offs.
Marc Skinner's side finished sixth in the group stage, following the excellent 1-0 victory away to Juventus on Wednesday night.
It meant we would meet either Atleti or OH Leuven, with the first tie taking place away and the second leg at the Progress with Unity Stadium in Leigh. The matches are due to take place in February.
We have already faced the Spanish capital club in the competition, winning 1-0 in Madrid.

The draw continued to determine the path all the way to the final in Oslo.
If United beat Atleti, will will face Bayern at the last-eight stage.
The semi-final half of the draw, for the Reds, features Paris FC, Real Madrid and Barcelona.
