Will Fish and Shola Shoretire.

Who's been training ahead of the Granada game?

Manchester United’s players have resumed work at the Aon Training Complex, as attention switches from domestic duty to our Europa League campaign.

The Reds have the advantage in the quarter-final tie with Granada, winning 2-0 in Spain last week courtesy of a Marcus Rashford strike and Bruno Fernandes penalty.

We’re now looking to finish the job and book a semi-final slot with a first Old Trafford win in the tournament this season, after back-to-back draws against Real Sociedad and AC Milan.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have to make at least three changes from that clash, with Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Scott McTominay all suspended.

The boss still has plenty of options to choose from, however, and his numbers were boosted on Tuesday as several Academy players were pictured joining in with the session.

Seventeen-year-old Shola Shoretire became our youngest-ever player in European competition when coming on as a substitute during the 0-0 draw with La Real in February.

He was involved once again with the exercises earlier today, as was fellow teenager Anthony Elanga.

The Swedish forward didn’t get on to the pitch in Andalusia last week but has been added to our Europa League B-list, meaning he is eligible to play during the remainder of this season’s tournament.

And Elanga did his chances no harm, starring – and scoring - for the Under-23s in their narrow 3-2 defeat at West Ham on Friday.

Shoretire also played the full 90 minutes in that game, as did centre-back Will Fish, who also took part in first-team training.

The 2003-born English defender began the campaign with Neil Ryan’s Under-18s but has spent the majority of the season with the next age group up, making 17 appearances in Premier League 2 which is more than any other United player.

Another youngster snapped was Amad, who will be hoping to get more experience in this competition.

Three of the Ivorian’s four United appearances to date, thus far, have come in the Europa League, and he netted against AC Milan a month ago with a super back-header just minutes after entering the fray.

We expect Solskjaer will give us more of a clue as to his squad and likely absentees when he sits down for his pre-match press conference, at 13:00 BST on Wednesday.
