Reds learn Women's FA Cup opponents

The tie will take place on Sunday 30 January 2022 at the Fairfax Park home of the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division side.

Kick-off time is still to be confirmed, as is ticket information, which will be released in due course. 

The draw, conducted live during talkSPORT’s ‘Women’s Football Weekly’ show on Monday evening, sees Marc Skinner’s Reds set to meet the third-tier side for the first time ever, in one of the round’s 16 fixtures. 

The Somerset-based team have overcome New Milton Town, Chichester & Selsey and most recently Crystal Palace in the competition already this season, while United are entering the tournament at this stage along with the other 11 WSL clubs.
