Jurado departs Manchester United

The 19-year-old defender has played for the Reds' youth sides since 2020 and returns to his native Spain to play in the second division.

Jurado, who has represented his nation at Under-19 and Under-20 level, moved to Manchester from Barcelona three years ago.

Since then, Marc has regularly been seen playing for our Under-18s and Under-21s, making 31 Under-18 Premier League appearances and 34 in Premier League 2 across a three-year period.

The youngster was also involved in the first-team squad's pre-season training this summer, scoring in the defeat against Wrexham in San Diego, and has made a number of appearances against senior sides in the EFL Trophy.

In 2021/22 he played a pivotal role for our Under-18s, also captaining the team twice in the earlier rounds, as the Reds won the FA Youth Cup.

Jurado leaves the club having played total of 86 matches across the Academy's Professional Development Phase and grown both on and off the pitch.
