Four United fixture changes announced

Wednesday 26 January 2022 16:00

Manchester United's postponed match with Brighton & Hove Albion has been rearranged for next month.

In addition, the Premier League has also announced that all three of our matches in March have been moved to accommodate live television coverage.

Firstly, the clash with Graham Potter's impressive Seagulls will now take place on Tuesday 15 February at Old Trafford (20:15 GMT kick-off), sandwiched between our games with Southampton and Leeds United.

It was initially called off on 18 December due to a COVID-19 outbreak within the United squad.

Find out why the race for a top-four slot is going to get very interesting next month.

March looks a pivotal month for Ralf Rangnick's men with three huge games on the league schedule.

It begins with the Manchester derby against leaders City, which has been switched to Sunday 6 March, with a 16:30 kick-off at the Etihad Stadium.

Sky Sports will broadcast the action live in the UK.

The following weekend, we welcome Tottenham to Old Trafford and the clash with the Londoners has been put back to 17:30 GMT on Saturday 12 March. Antonio Conte's men are also right in the mix for a top-four slot.

There is then a huge fixture in any calendar as we travel to Anfield to face Liverpool. Please note this game will be postponed if either or both clubs progress to the sixth round of the Emirates FA Cup. It is due to start at 16:30 GMT and comes before another international break.

Both matches are also being shown on Sky Sports.
