Report: United Women 4 PSV 0
Manchester United are into Saturday's UEFA Women's Champions League second-round qualifier final after beating PSV Eindhoven 4-0.
The Reds were in fine form at the 3Arena in Stockholm, with striker Elisabeth Terland netting a wonderful hat-trick.
Celin Bizet Donnum also found the net across a dominant display, with preparations now in full swing ahead of our next European qualifying contest.
Victory means we will now face either Hammarby or Metalist Kharkiv at the weekend. Kick-off details will be confirmed in due course.
FIRST HALF
It took the Reds just seven minutes to score the opener, as we flew out of the traps in Scandinavia.
Lisa Naalsund pressed the Hammarby backline into a timely mistake, before playing in Terland to race through one-on-one and fire home from close range.
Shortly after, Maya Le Tissier found space in the area to tee-up Ella Toone. Our no.7 didn't get the required connection, and thus her effort sailed wide.
Terland and Julia Zigiotti Olme then combined as we reached the 20-minute mark. The former pulled a cross back for Olme, who hit the post, as we continued to up the ante.
It was all one-way traffic as the first half ebbed on, this time Toone found both time and space to blaze an effort over the PSV bar.
But the scoring wasn't done before the interval, as Skinner's side added a second with 32 minutes on the clock at the 3Arena.
Anna Sandberg burst down the left flank, finding Toone unmarked in the process.
The England international saw her shot saved by Moon Pondes, but Bizet Donnum was on hand to blast her close-range strike into the roof of the net.
SECOND HALF
Our Dutch counterparts had the first opportunity of the second period, as Chimera Ripa curled an effort wide and over.
But it didn't take United long to add a third, as Terland grabbed her second of the contest.
A wonderfully-weighted pass from Toone found our no.10, who placed the ball into the bottom corner to beat Pondes again.
Another flowing United move almost brought another goal as we reached the hour mark, with Zigiotti Olme playing in Terland, who saw her latest effort saved.
But it was four to the Reds and three for Terland shortly after, with Toone again the creator of our play.
Our no.7 picked out last season's top scorer in much similar fashion to what she did for the latter's second goal, with Terland racing through to net yet again.
Phallon Tullis-Joyce was called into action as we entered the final stage, pulling off a remarkable stop to keep Ripa's drive out.
But it's now all focus on the weekend - with another game in Stockholm quickly on the horizon.
