Taylor clinches loan transfer

Manchester United defender Max Taylor has joined National League North side Kidderminster Harriers on loan until January 2021.

The 20-year-old embarks on his second temporary move away from the club, having previously spent time at Stalybridge Celtic in the Northern Premier League.
The move is the second loan of Max Taylor's career.

The centre-back also featured for Neil Wood’s promotion winning Under-23s side last season and was named on the bench for the Europa League tie at Astana in November.

United's Academy has now loaned six players out during the window as individual player development continues to be prioritised.

The youngsters have settled well at their new temporary clubs. James Garner has played three times for Watford, most recently in a victory over rivals Luton Town. Dylan Levitt and Matej Kovar continue to impress with Charlton Athletic and Swindon Town respectively, in League One.

Oveseas, Aliou Traore has enjoyed his start to life back in his native France, featuring twice in Ligue 2 for Caen.

Tahith Chong has played twice in the Bundesliga and scored his first goal for Werder Bremen in the DFB-Pokal.

Everybody at United would like to wish Max the best of luck this term as we follow his progress at the Aggborough Stadium.

The new season is here. Our 2020/21 home, away and third kits are available now from United Direct.
