United Women sign Maya Le Tissier
Manchester United Women are delighted to announce the signing of England Under-23 international defender Maya Le Tissier on a contract running until the end of the 2024/25 season.
The young defender joins United as the WSL teenage appearance record holder (53), after spending four seasons with Brighton and Hove Albion Women on the south coast.
In March 2021 Maya was named in the top 10 best young footballers in the world, in the prestigious Goal's NXGN awards.

On completing her move, Maya said: “It’s very special for me to come to a club like Manchester United.
