United reveal adidas third kit for 2025/26 season
Manchester United's new adidas third kit for the 2025/26 season is here, featuring a bold design that is rooted in '90s nostalgia.
The strip pairs a striking black base with yellow-and-blue details, in a reimagination of the legendary away kit worn by the club between 1993 and 1995, including when the club won the Double for the first time in 1993/94.
This release - featuring adidas' iconic Trefoil logo on our third kit for the second season running - is a tribute to timeless style and football heritage, and is available to buy now at United Store.
Reimagining one of the most storied kits in our history, the design focuses on the details, from the engineered devil-base fabric to the authentic three-stripe tape and flat-knit crew collar and cuffs.
After last year’s celebrated reintroduction of the adidas Trefoil logo on our third jersey, its return honours the logo's historic legacy in the sport, as well as acknowledging the rising role of fashion in today’s game.
The black engineered base fabric features a subtle, yet striking, club devil motif, woven directly into the design, a nod to one of the most iconic symbols in our history. The modern black-and-yellow shield crest further celebrates the club's DNA, while yellow-and-blue accents on the collar and flat-knit cuffs add a fresh twist to a classic silhouette.
Finished with the fabled three adidas stripes in bold yellow across the shoulders and the Trefoil logo in yellow on the chest, the jersey seamlessly blends heritage with timeless adidas Originals design.
Inside the authentic jersey is a special sign-off featuring the yellow devil’s trident set against a black and grey background - a subtle yet powerful tribute to the club’s enduring identity. The trident, taken from the iconic club crest, symbolises the pride and fearlessness that have defined us for generations.
The lightweight on-field shirt also features the latest adidas technology, built for performance and to help provide our players with the confidence to play under pressure.
It is constructed using advanced materials to maximise air flow to keep players feeling cool, while the fan version features sweat-wicking and absorbent materials to keep the body feeling dry.
