Introducing our new adidas home shirt in spectacular fashion at Old Trafford...

It’s part of the magazine’s focus on a bright future, with steps already taken on the road to 2025/26 – not least of which the signing of Matheus Cunha, who is welcomed in the issue with a feature on the Brazilian’s back story and the unconventional path that has taken him to Old Trafford.

Optimism also abounds in anticipation of Ruben Amorim being able to work with a completely rested and full set of players for an entire and unbroken pre-season: a golden opportunity for the head coach, with a squad to be remodelled over the summer, to lay down his foundations for the next campaign.

Although looking very much forward to what’s ahead, the issue also puts a full stop on the 2024/25 season with an examination of the plus points that did come out of a difficult term, as well as saluting the United fans who shook up Bilbao (however they got there), recapping United Women’s double-final finish, and reviewing a richly promising season at Academy level.

Elsewhere in the magazine there is plenty more, including a United-focused overview of the summer’s big international tournament, UEFA Women’s Euro 2025, where there will be plenty of Reds involved – one of whom will be Lisa Naalsund, and the Norwegian is also the subject of an insightful interview detailing her journey in the game beginning in her native Bergen.

In addition, there’s some essential club history for readers to get their teeth into, and a general theme throughout of deep appreciation for United’s fantastic supporters – old and new, from M16 to Malaysia.

Inside United July issue is out now in newsagents and shops, and can be bought or subscribed to here.
