Sir Bobby Charlton's legacy transcends the pitch, his humility, and sportsmanship serving as a beacon for aspiring athletes worldwide. His contributions to the beautiful game have left an indelible mark, and his memory will forever inspire future generations. In this time of grief, our thoughts are with his loved ones. May you find solace in the remarkable life he led and the countless lives he touched. Sir Bobby Charlton will be deeply missed, but his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who cherish the sport he so passionately graced."

Raphael Demehin: "The life you lived and the legacy you laid are the reasons why decades after you hung your boots up that I became a Red Devil, it's the reason why decades from now millions more will become Red Devils. Rest in peace Sir Bobby, a legend among legends."

Graham Mclauchlan: "A legend, a gentleman, a statesman, a friend to all, and a fantastic footballer. Sadly missed and always remembered with love and fondness."
Tom O'Shea: "A true icon of world football. A survivor who battled through tragedy to be the best in the world and a champion. A record breaker for club and country who was still so humble and dignified. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten."

Andrew Farley:
"The trinity of Best, Law, and Charlton was the reason as a young boy of seven I started supporting MUFC. At my primary school, there were three Andrews in my class and when we played football we lived our dream as this trinity. I've been a fan of MUFC ever since, seeing both the good times and the occasions where the team struggled. Sir Bobby epitomised all that was great about the beautiful game in a decent, dignified manner and all with honour and distinction. My condolences to all his family and friends. RIP the legend, Sir Bobby."

Ricardo Vasquez:
"The news of Sir Bobby Charlton's passing deeply saddens me. A bona fide legend in football, his legacy surpasses borders and spans across generations; it resonates with the hearts of fans globally. Only his sportsmanship and integrity could match Sir Bobby's remarkable on-field talent - attributes that rendered him an ideal to emulate for aspiring athletes worldwide. The history of Manchester United will forever shine brightly with his memory; generations to come will feel his impact on the sport. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all admirers. We shall never forget Sir Bobby Charlton as an icon of the game: it is through him that an inspiring spirit continues unabated within us all. May he, in eternal tranquility, find rest."

Gideon Mensah: "In the world of football, your departure is like the final whistle of an epic match. You've left an indelible mark on the beautiful game, and your passion and dedication will forever be etched in our hearts. Farewell to a true legend, on and off the pitch. You will be greatly missed, but your legacy will continue to inspire future generations. Rest in peace."

Ravi Dosanjh: "Thank you to Bobby Charlton for the great history and memories he created for the beautiful game, the club, and football around the world. A true great legend and icon of the game worldwide. Decades ago, you could be in the foothills of the Himalayas or in Africa, Asia... anywhere in the world and mention you were from England. If they didn't know any English, they would just say, 'ah yes, Bobby Charlton.'"

Harry Spence: "Mr Manchester United. Paved the way for millions and was the heart and soul of the club. You kept the club going and lifted countless trophies. Hope the Busby Babes are waiting for you up there Bobby. We’ll keep the red flag flying high for you Bobby. Rest in peace."
Stephen Caffrey: "My dad's hero, who became my boyhood hero. My dad had asked Teddy Dalton (United physio) if Bobby would open the St. John the Baptist summer fete in July 1962. Bobby obliged and as an 8-year-old I spent much of the afternoon with him in Dad's office. He autographed my Bobby Charlton Book of Soccer. Subsequently I watched Bobby play so many great games and score some truly wondrous goals. RIP Sir Bob, as Dad always called him, long before he was knighted."

Brett Marlow: "Humility personified. A giant of a man. The greatest ambassador for the club. RIP Sir Bobby. You will be sorely missed."

John Schiavone: "Proper footballer, proper gentleman, proper human being and an absolutely humble superstar. RIP Sir."
