Pots confirmed for Europa League draw
Manchester United will discover our Europa League group-stage opponents later today, with the draw taking place at 12:00 BST.
Erik ten Hag will lead his team into his first continental campaign as Reds boss, with the six ties all taking place ahead of the break for the winter World Cup.
United's opening game will be on Thursday 8 September as the road to the final in Budapest begins.
Of course, we'll be covering the ceremony from Istanbul as it happens on the United App and ManUtd.com, before seeking reaction from the manager on the draw.
Ten Hag's men will be in Pot 1, meaning we cannot meet the likes of Arsenal, Lazio and Roma. However, there is a 25 per cent chance the boss could be in line for a return to the Netherlands because Feyenoord and Ruud van Nistelrooy's PSV Eindhoven are among the eight teams in Pot 2.
There are a whole host of wonderful opportunities for the club, including first-time opponents and exciting trips for fans, due to the nature of the 32 sides involved but we will have to wait to see which clubs are placed in our group this afternoon.
