Premier League match calendar confirmed
The Premier League has announced the dates for the rounds of the 2020/21 top-flight season, with the fixtures due to be released within the next eight days.
The start date of around the weekend of 12/13 September had already been publicised but things now look much clearer.
One notable detail is that matchweek 18 will be split into two halves - one on the midweek of 12/13 January and the other in the following week.

The league campaign will come to an end on Sunday 23 May 2020 when all of the games are set to kick off at the same time.
The 2021 European Championship then gets under way in the summer, a year after it was initially scheduled to take place.
The full Premier League fixture list, detailing all 380 matches, is to be published no later than Friday 21 August.
Television coverage will also be confirmed at a later date.
