Hojlund ready for more memorabilia

Saturday 16 September 2023 09:00

During an exclusive interview with Manchester United on the topic of collectibles, Rasmus Hojlund has revealed that his most treasured football memorabilia are the boots he wore on his debut for Denmark.

The 20-year-old currently ranks his boots from his first senior appearance in international football as the most precious item of his career so far.

However, with Hojlund in contention to play at Old Trafford for the first time this Saturday, the rapid striker is hopeful of "a new debut which can be even better".

Make sure you commemorate what could be a historic moment for Hojlund by claiming the United vs Brighton & Hove Albion digital collectible before 15:00 BST this Saturday at collectibles.manutd.com.

Rasmus Hojlund revealed he's an avid collector of player cards.

If the Danish star, who made two substitute appearances for his country in the recent Euro 2024 qualifiers, does feature against Roberto De Zerbi's side, it will be the next step in the remarkable journey of his career to date.

Hojlund burst onto the scene with Copenhagen before moving to Austrian Bundesliga club Sturm Graz. He then progressed to Serie A outfit Atalanta before signing with United this summer, all in under three years since his first senior game for Copenhagen.

The frontman may only have been introduced in the 67th minute of our 3-1 defeat at Arsenal, but he produced a promising cameo which included a blistering sprint of 35.45 km/h, making him the fastest Red so far in 2023/24.

During our conversation, United’s new no.11 revealed himself to be an avid collector of player cards, cherishing his Cristiano Ronaldo Champions League card.

United have revolutionised the idea of football memorabilia through our latest digital collectible project.
